I want to change but Spark is obstructive and is trying to charge early exit fees despite conflicting emails that say I can leave without charge - I believe Sparge is deliberately trying to keep me as a customer despite poor service - Is there a broadband/mobile ombudsperson I can approach - thanks 0274797947

Not greatly enthused by their customer service at all. We ended up with a connection we did not want due to their slow response and so bsequent crossing of emails.

Spark made a date for internet switchover where you have to be at home for half day then failed to show and have yet to do another appointment

Terrible speeds, slow all the time with high ping.

They said that it could be slow at peak times, but never had slowdowns at peak times with other providers

Didn't have any issues with the network going down
Cons
Slow internet all the time (even at "off peak" times and we're paying for fibre)
