Continued issues from initial cut over to them, eg Netflix/Disney+ not loading all thumbnails and hit and miss with the movies, iPhone update failes until you go to mobile data, teams sometimes goes offline, VPN propouts, emails with webcontent not showing, They are having majoy DNS issues, failed ping to google dns 8.8.8.8 what more can I say

Worst support ever. Don't bother to sign up. Expect to wait at least an hour to get through support. I decided to disconnect broadband and gave them a month notice. I'm still being charged after 2 months, phone calls and emails still no help. Worst of the worst support

Just got connected and called customer support first time, was on hold for more than 30 min. and then customer support answered, VERY RUDE, ARROGANT, UNHELPFUL and not listening to what is my request. He is keep on repeating same thing and don't want to send me acknowledgement email about my payment. He also said to me to not to go on him and then he hanged up on me. Going to telecommunication ombudsmen and consumer court asking for my payment receipt and cancellation of service. HE ASKED ME ALSO TO SHARE MY SKY PASSWORD WITH HIM SO THAT HE CAN LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE A LOOK. ...read more
