The cost of staying connected is climbing quickly once again. From the start of August 2025, millions of New Zealanders will start seeing higher broadband bills as major providers roll out price increases.
Really poor service. Was with One NZ for 4G wireless and it worked good. Changed to slingshot for a promo and it has been terrible. Bad customer service. After multiple complaints and troubleshooting went to exit and they will not budge on the termination fees.
This is a very very bad service provider we are struggling for how long to get the wifi problem sorted even upgrade and when we complain again they do not even phone you back as promised customer service is non excited
Slingshot tends to focus on new customers. Why do existing customers had to pay more than new customers? Existing and loyal customers are the one that keep this provider running.
