Nah, not at all. I didn't have them running my broadband for another day. Such an insecure service and customer support from china who don't even speak English at all. I don't recommend this and econofibre at all.

Simply cannot recommend. They remotely operate from China and none of them speak English. Worst customer support and refuse to explain why their internet went down today. Their websites are not even accessible, their telephone lines are offline, their websites; both worldnet and econofibre websites are down and inaccessible.

Just joined up and service was super fast, efficient and absolutely problem free.

absolutely no info sent about connection setup with my own router and no email setup until i mentioned it and was told that voip could be used on a POTS line without an ATA (absolute B/S)

I had world net internet for a year or two and the speed was horrible.
Pros
Costomer service was fine.
Cons
The diwnloading speed is the worst ever. Unbelievable is low speed. As I switched to Slingshot, The download speed got 5 times faster. I don't know how. The plan I had with Worldnet should be 5 times faster than the lower speed plan on Slingshot, however it was completely opposite. At the end It means World net gave me only 1/25 of original download speed. It was years ago however the memory still gets me upset. By the way I am not even a fen of Slingshot even.
