When I joined contact broadband, the speed was about 90M/S, but it only lasted for some weeks. and it's been under 30M/S ever since!! I'm choosing another provider and will never go back contact broadband.
Pros
Joining credit is good. and cheapest in the industry. that's all.
Cons
I signed up for 100M/s, not 26M/s !!!

The internet was fast, connection was good majority of the time. It would cut out briefly on the rare occasion but nothing significant enough to cause me problems. The support is also good, Claire was polite and fast to advise me on what I needed to do in order to cancel my subscription.

Would be nice to have an email reminder that a payment is going to take place prior to it occurring.

Very happy with Skinny both for mobile phone and internet. Setting up fibre was amazingly quick and easy. We had Skinny wireless before fibre and that was great too. Highly recommend.

I have never been with a company that is so dysfunctional or so greedy and dishonest and disrespectful ever! I thought this was a great company with a great deal to get and it was going well for several months without a payment missed i checked my account which was alot different and more expensive than I was signed up to and had no authority from my self to go ahead and as soon as I rang them to acknowledge the changes ive had nothing but problems and the affect it has on my young children is something that could of been avoided and slingshot didn't want to know about it so hense the change and they ruined my drive way on installation ...read more

Support is limited to email, but so far so good. No outages yet (been with them for 2 months), and switching providers was very easy. It all just worked first time.

I Found a Broad band and Power bundle deal that was too good to ignore.. $65 per month for Fibre and an $220 credit as well. , .Connection was faultless with it occurring on the day they said it would... a few hours in between Spark cutting me off and Contact connecting me I had only three hours of no Broadband.
Modem was simple to set up and within ten minutes it was all go.
The modem Contact supply is ok but not great but using my own modem i have found no difference in speeds since switching from the more expensive spark plan to the one i have now .
Had a minor issue setting up the online account but the support from Contact was great with the issue resolved very quickly.
Overall very happy with the service , speed and the price.
