First little issue in 6 months: All sorted out with friendly communication and a very fast technician visit. Way better than any of the providers I had before. Highly recommended.

Nova is a story in how not to do things.
It has been over a week of being connected to them for fibre. To rephrase, I have been a week without internet.

In this week, I have phoned them up multiple times to try and get connected. They are absolutely no help. They tell me that a technician will call me back. I have yet to get a single call back from a technician.
Also, they don't even know if I'm on copper, or if I'm on fibre, which instills a mountain of confidence.

I'm paying for a service that I don't even get. I don't think anyone there knows what they're doing. Terrible customer service. Hours are standard 8.30 to 6 pm, so good luck if getting in touch with them if you're employed.

Easy sign up no hassles very supportive, good price for service never had an issue with modem or no internet unless the obvious issue a power outage.
Pros
Responded to my email with good news and are very kind deal with worth the wait I guess :)!
Cons
Wasn’t an emergency but to talk to someone about a resign of a contract wasn’t able had to email and took over two weeks for a response I understand the lines were very busy that day/week was just annoying at that time.

This provider is a disgrace. Pray nothing goes wrong with your service. Support is woeful and grossly incompetent. Find another provider.

They don’t let you put your account on hold if you’re going overseas for a spell you have to sign a new account
