Right

Well you pay for 900mb and you only get 200mb. Then its not even a steady 200mb it drops to practically nothing and everytime i call them. We go through the basic stuff and then they say they will get back to you. Nothing

I spent an entire week at different times of the day taking screen shots of recommended speed test sites by them and i went and got 3 different wifi 6 engaged modems and after all this.

They tell me they cannot see anything wrong.

I had them on the phone screenshot plugged in and wired.

Tried for hours trying to get assistance and no manager or tl would ever get back to me after cs advised they would.

Honestly. Cannot wait to leave them and once i do. Off to umbudsman for service providers to seek reparation

Price at the time.. maybe 3 csa was good or seemed good but then never got back to me

Speed. Connection. Pay for 900mb. Fluctuating from 5mb to 4/500mb. Dropping out random times.

Maybe I'm just stupid, but even after I found out about the 30 day notice to cancel (too late). I took another look at their T&C's the 30 day notice didn't stand out as obvious.
Didn't really pay it much attention when I switched from stuff fibre to slingshot as there was no 30 day notice with stuff which is owned by vocus the same as slingshot.
I guess dummy beware.

I had a problem with land line messaging and Rob was great, solved the problem very quickly and efficiently. I mentioned an account problem and he referred me to that department as well.

Accounts not always up to date, but resolved after a conversation with personnel in that department.

We just switched - to Fibre - staying with NOW, and were most impressed by the quick and efficient responses by all parties. The actual connection was completed in one day.

We have been with Now since they came to Rotorua and have never had any issues. The customer service is excellent with no long wait times to speak to someone.
