Faulty modems and no refunds. Negligence at it's finest.

They will allow a grace period of 2weeks to pay your bill

Huge muck arounds. Website doesn't show no easy access to information when they continuously give faulty modems

Great customer service from NOW reps who willingly went the extra mile for me so I could collect my router. I chose NOW on their best service score and value via NZ Compare. They have lived up to that. Great tech support too.

Our internet plan is fast and at $69 is pretty cheap. Fibercity has great customer service, Elaine from Fibercity was very helpful in setting up our plan.

A disappointing experience with NOW with several interactions with customer support. When I eventually left them for another provider, they over charged me and told me that the over charged amount would be cleared on the next invoice cycle. It didn't and they ended sending me a letter advising that I was going to be referred to their debt collector. It left a very bad taste.

Now are the best ISP in NZ. They are so easy to deal with and are good value. You get through in a couple of rings and speak to a human who actually WANTS to help you. Awesome Service !!!!!

Campbell 6.0
The price is fine and the wifi speed is as it should be but the signal is very weak. Sky sport buffers with no other devices running and the modem very near by. I can only just get reception in my room in our 108sq mtr house. Also they cut us off after just 7 days of late payment with no warning.

one of the most hopeless, arrogant organisation I have ever had to deal with. I have been with them for many years but over the last few years it has been a steady dive in performance, service and support until it has reached new lows. Loyalty to a long time customer is some thing that they do not adhere to. A new plan is being forced on me but getting the swap over sorted is a nightmare. And then a bill comes and nothing has changed, except my old LL has been cut off. Trying to sort it is a nightmare that anybody could really do without. I am flabbergasted at the poor quality of knowledge and desire to help a paying customer through a change that they forced onto me. Some individuals put in the effort, but they (whilst appreciated) are few. Based on my experience. No Pros.
Cons
A helpdesk in the Phillipines is a problem because they do not understand local (NZ) conditions and expectations. The fault is not with these individuals but with what management dumps on them. All that matters is the money honey. No loyalty to long serving customers. Problem? What Problem? They just want to get you off the line ASAP.
