Been with Now for 7 years and never had any issues with speed or outages. When rang support with questions they have always been quick to answer and helpful.

Great company with customer service people who are rock stars. They just get things done and when something goes wrong they are empowered to put things right and ensure they retain customers. If you have been with them for more than a year, ask for a customer loyalty discount, you never know they might just approve it.

VERY POOR SERVICE FROM MARK...these people are very expensive by comparison with MyRepublic and Contact Energy and they are a Fibre Reseller of VOYAGER which maybe why their router does not work when rebooted...4 days without internet due to poor service.

Now NZ had an issue with UFB in Auckland causing high latency for a week after I signed up. Their communication around this was poor and it took time to get a date for restoration. Other than that they are good value for money.

I switched to NOW 2 years ago and have not regretted it at all. Whilst they are not the cheapest provider they are by far the most reliable and customer focused provider I have ever dealt with. They are always available to help, fix issues quickly and you can always get hold of someone who knows what they are talking about.
