Problems started right after connection: 75% of websites were not working (including their portal even) - just timing out with lost packets in tracer after 3rd hop. With VPN everything worked - e.g. the issue was a misconfiguration on their side. Technical support sounded professional at first, but failed to even log the issue. Next day on second try issue was logged with estimated 72 hour resoultion timeframe. Switched to other provider in 3 days after connection with this m
