For some reason, we often move to new address sometime even oversea. Thanks for
hotshot free moving feature and open-term plan, we can open, move, close our service soomthly. It is the simpiest and cheapest service provide i can find in New Zealand.

Only since we moved from Spark to Contact am I seeing internet dropping out regularly, latency in trying to open web pages, or delays in opening streaming services.

Worst experience ever. Internet failure consistently every day, no response to my multiple enquires. Paid $800 for a tv 3 weeks ago, no sign of the tv. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

NOW staff are helpful, courteous without fail and do everything in their power to be helpful in sorting out issues. I love NOT being left in a queue for ages when I phone them! I wish more companies would take some tips about customer relations.
Pros
Local company, not a Telco conglomerate, which is a plus in my book. No offshore call centre, so easy to contact the service you need. Good quality technical advice and service.
Cons
I can't think of any, except I'm prepared to pay a little extra for the service and reliability. It's always worth it .

I love it that Now responds to customer enquiries so quickly, and in such a friendly way. It really feels like I'm dealing with a human being and not a company. The difference to my experience with other providers is like night and day!
