Now provides very good customer support. It is a pleasant experience if you need to contact them. They response to your enquiries very quickly be it by emails or phone calls. Unlike some providers who will completely ignore you or leave you hanging with you phones for hours. Their pricing is also comparatively fair. Strongly reccommend NOW if you need a broadband provider.

Completely useless wifi network it hardly ever works and if you ring up to ask them to come and have a look they are very very rude. He actually laughed and said I'm just a worker I finish at 5.30pm it was 2pm.. when he does come I will he giving him and earful.. worst wifi ever

It's been only 3 months with 2 Degrees and my Fibre internet isn't working already. I have been out of internet for 3 days now. The worst part is they cannot even provide an ETA on when I'll have internet again. They are saying it's due to Chorus and when I call Chorus, Chorus says they cannot help me as they have the contract with 2 Degrees, not the customer. 2 Degrees contact centre is so hard to get a hold of too. Every time I waited at least 30 mins each to talk to someone, just to hear that they cannot help as it's due to Chorus' issue. I would highly recommend staying away from 2 Degrees. If you would really want, only sign up for an open plan, so you can get out easily. ...read more

Terrible customer service that borderlines bullying, and a severe lack of empathy. I was forced to move house because it got sold suddenly, and couldn’t take the WiFi with me. They still made me pay every month for a subscription I couldn’t use anymore just because that was the contract. No humanity involved in this company, leaving me with heartbreaking debts.

Just getting started with thema s we switched providers because of our dissatisfaction with them. NOW have been fantastic

Only COn is we should have made this decision earlier to move to NOW.

Don’t subscribe for 2 degrees

I decided to change my broadband provider to 2 degrees. Since last Friday I don’t have connection. They cancelled my old broadband provider but didn’t connect me with 2 degrees.
I have called them 18 times since Friday and the reality is:
- More than 1h waiting time to speak with customer service;
- customer service don’t work during the weekend;
- the most useless customer service I have ever experienced;
- they hang up on my over 9 times;
- they said they will call you back but don’t;
- they send me emails and sms automated messages saying my line has been fixed, but it hasn’t. When I call, they say: yes, I see you still haven’t got signal;
- customer service lied to me multiple times;
- they will never proactively contact you or follow up on your case;
- I messaged them on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram - only got automated messages
- there’s no chat;
- they don’t reply email;
- there is no empathy with customers who work with internet;
- they will ask me to send a private message as soon as they see this. To do nothing.

Before subscribing with them, I recommend you to try to contact them on their phone number.
- customer service team has zero autonomy to help/fix any problems.
It’s been 4 days without connection, it’s 4 days of useless customer service. It’s been 4 days of lies.
- I don’t have idea of getting my connection sorted, they don’t have a plan.
- I had connection in this address for 4 years, never had a single problem.

ITS LIKE A SCAM.
Don’t subscribe for 2 degrees.

Voyager took over from HD Net Ltd and prior to that was Unlimited. Never really had any issues, but now they have bumped their prices up for no real reason. This is disappointing as you can get Ultra fast Fibre for the same price. The most disappointing aspect is that they put out a Customer Review Questionnaire around the middle of 2022, I rated them highly as have been with them or previous for years, not long after that they bumped their prices up 27% from $70 to $89 per month.
Pros
Good support for any issues. Reliable.
Cons
Expensive, same price for standard fibre as a lot of Ultra Fast Packages. Bumped prices up 27% last year, clearly customer loyalty means little.
