Terrible internet can't even watch low quality videos so slow and alot of glitches. Can't even get reception if there's clouds or showers

They are good for phone customer service but they are really slow by email sometimes it takes like a week or days to hear back from them and they are happy to cancel my internet without trying to take me back they are happy to give me a customer credit and that's it

And if you going to get the customer credit you be given a year but if you don't renew it they will charge you fully on your last month even if you are still on contact with them that's really poor

Quick and easy to set up. All queries I have had over the last 2 years have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

When my initial contract was up my monthly fee went up automatically. However when I queried this, I was offered a loyalty discount

Have had no issues and when I queried about my plan I was answered very quickly even by email, polite and friendly response and all was sorted very fast. Extremely good service.

Have had an outage but was not caused by Econofibre specifically but by the people who do provisioning - a separate company.
Pros
We joined on a cheap unlimited plan, price has not changed, it's still cheap and it's still unlimited, performs well.
Cons
Not having available phone support.... but then we have a very cheap price.
