Poor service. This appears to be a regular theme with Spark. Never got connected (after months of waiting). When I complained, Spark suggested I speak with the cancellation team.

Classy.

Lightbox subscription.
Cons
Customer service is incredibly poor. Modems are cheap and nasty.

Switched to Unlimited from 2degrees to get more plan choice, in particular 100/100.
Pros
Good price, unlimited data cap and no term contract.
Cons
Bit slow on responding to support queries, hate their port filtering policy, and downstream speeds less than with 2degrees and pretty variable, ranging from 45Mbps to 85Mbps. 2degrees was consistently around 95Mbps.

Changed from another UFB supplier. The Fritzbox modem gives high speed Wifi in the home 80-100 which I did not get from previous supplier.
Pros
NZ based support centre. Easy to hear and understand.

Tried their 900 down option - got 470 once over a 2 week period - rest of time just 90 down.
Pros
If you stay with 100 down you'll be ok.
Cons
Very slow support - 1 week for email responses. Don't pay for 200+ speeds - they simply don't work.

Slingshot failed to log and then follow instructions. When I moved house I called to inform then and have them an updated address for the final bill. It never arrived, I completely forgot and now I have a bad credit rating. Because they never followed the instructions I gave them.
Pros
We're quick to take my money
Cons
Very bad at following instructions. Don't let yourself forget the final bill the way I did.

Have been with Spark for over 3 years now and have had no problems what so ever, they were very accommodating when we moved house and with organising ADSL while we waited for Fibre.
Pros
Great discounts when bundling mobile with broadband. Fast speeds what never slow and very reliable.
Cons
Maybe not the cheapest but the quality of service and product I have received out ways this.
