I signed up with them a month ago and we're still no closer to a usable service. The first modem they sent was faulty and we've waited over a week for a new one. Appalling customer service when you can get them on the phone. I'll be seeking a full refund

Very poor service from spark. Some customer rep don't know what they are talking about. I just moved house and the reps I was dealing with said I will have my connection within a day. The last rep I dealt with said it could take as long as a month may be longer and offered me a wifi 4g modem connection at my cost which still takes a week to arrive. very very disappointed with the way they handled my house moving case. I wouldn't recommend spark at all. The customer reps tell you all sort of differnt story on what's happening. There is no consistancy on what the tell to their customers.

Apparently I m on a waiting list and can't get my internet until someone leaves in this area. What if if no one leaves for a year? Does that mean I won't have my internet for a year? This doesn't sound right.

Customer service is ver very poor. As per my comments above there is no consistancy flow of info to the customers.

Moving house is a pain with Spark.

Sure you can connect to their hub from your house at the indicated contract speed. However, you are traffic shaped to hell after that. Over the past 6 months I have recorded a 70% drop in speed to a client server (NZ) I connect to from home was at 11mbps now at 3mbps. When connecting from other source i.e. non traffic shaped it's 14mbps. Seriously considering after 4 years with 2degrees to move to another provider.

Phone Cell and Internet in one account.
Reliable delivery of data service.
Cons
Tech support really does not give a damn about declining speed beyond their hub. I.e. traffic shaping you.

Been a month we've been signed up with Skinny still haven't got a connection. Communication has been ridiculously poor. Just been informed that instead of an install date next week it's in July. 2 months from now. Skinny has done nothing to offer us compensation while we wait be it reimbursement of mobile data costs or waiving of fees. Disgusted with service and looking for other providers. Basically do not want to give them any money anymore.

The service i currently have, is what It is for our area, i am open to other options, i welcome better service, better deals i would definitely consider changing at this point

Is what it is! we need a new competitor to our area
Cons
Have to wait for return calls when there is a concern, and sometimes can be from, an off shore call center Phillippines / South Africa who i find more helpful than local sometimes.
