Paid,waited,then told connection not available in my area after they said it was available.told refunds are only done once a month next due date was 13 days away.15 days later called for an update told the same thing I was told 13 days earlier....2 to 4 weeks wait and don't know who told you it would be processed in 13 days.funny thing it's bn the same and only person to ever answer everytime I've called.who told me she said hmmm.i asked to speak to Sumone else maybe the mana
