Expensive. Customer service appalling. In three months. I've had to spend 8 hours on the phone with them to sort out continual issues with billing. Torrents were really slow.

Paid,waited,then told connection not available in my area after they said it was available.told refunds are only done once a month next due date was 13 days away.15 days later called for an update told the same thing I was told 13 days earlier....2 to 4 weeks wait and don't know who told you it would be processed in 13 days.funny thing it's bn the same and only person to ever answer everytime I've called.who told me she said hmmm.i asked to speak to Sumone else maybe the manager and was laughed at.they thought it was hilarious that I wanted my money back and wanted to speak to sumone who could actually give me a date for my refund.dodgy scamish type company ...read more

Absolutely fabulous service. Chased Chorus to sort out the Fibre connection to the house. Ever since have had seamless and prompt service.

They answer the phone and emails promptly!!!! I emailed a change at 7.45am, they rang me back at 8.55am - yes - same day!!
I have never to adjust from limited to unlimited to cater for guests and it was so easy to do. The additional messaging and free national calls have meant that I am much more connected to my family than ever. Moving house and NOW is coming with me. ...read more
