Best support of any Telco, if they cant answer your call, email and they will reply back within a few hours. There has never been an issue that they have not been able to solve promptly, always thinking about how they can help their customers better.
Pros
Local service, local people.
Proactive service.
Cons
A bit harder to get hold of now as their customer base grows.

CanΓÇÖt speak highly enough about these guys. I have fibre and close to 1 gig download and 500mbps upload and unlimited data. Only had 1 outage in two years which was fixed in 20mins. We stream a lot and have a gamer in the house. No problems at all. No contract and free router. I think we pay $105 per month.
Pros
Kiwi based call centre. DonΓÇÖt have to wait long on the phone. Great reliability and excellent speeds with wired, a little slower with wifi but thatΓÇÖs normal. Discount for having mobile with them.
Cons
CanΓÇÖt really think of any, maybe price could always be cheaper but thatΓÇÖs the same with most things.

Years of really great service with Actrix but now a drastic drop in care and service since the merger. Several days to get a response by email if at all. I'm looking to move.

Reliable broadband. customer service poor - very difficult to get in contact with - long wait times and can be challenging understanding staff due to accents.

Im sure there are better plans out there
Pros
Good feedback and support for any problems. By phone is slow, but online chat service is good.
Cons
Certainly not fast as advertising promised. Also advised when considering connection there would be no charge for connection, however there was.
