Became very intermittent , with constant (and often protracted) drop outs over last two months of 2018 (coincidentally after fibre became available in our street). Didn't have time to contact slingshot support (its never a quick process with any ISP). Eventually quit them in January (the timing was partly driven by the fact we were moving, though we would have quit them anyway).
Also just received unexpectedly hefty final bill from them - which I will query when I can find time to stay on hold and/or talk to an automated answering directory for a while. ...read more

I think their modem Fritzbox 7560 is rubbish. Drops out all the time and the range is about 5 mts. Have rung them numerous times lots of checking and fiddling with cables etc but no change and that's with fibre!

Nothing wrong with this provider, I has it’s pro of supplying to people who live rural but at a standard charge rate compared to other providers. None the less an excellent provider if it’s your only option.
Pros
Reliable, no problems internet and a very good option for people living in rural areas.
Cons
Had been with them for over 2 years and was out of contract and when I changed residents I had to buy into another 2 year contract.

I've been with Voyager for a couple of years now, and they deliver quality service and support. I know I can trust them and recommend to my friends and family.

Reliable provider with good support that offer good value for money.

Speeds could be better, as well as some additional features. But overall, great choice.

total scam ... slow disconnecting internet. low speed on vdsl you will get a speed of 4 to 5 mbps they say it is no contract but will try grab money from you using this clause misleading . they are pre-pay still will start hassiling you to pay for next month 16 days before pre pay date .

I joined spark one and half week ago with their new fibre plan. They disconnected VDSL on weekend and didn’t provide fibre connection so no internet for the weekend.
Took two hours to transfer my message to customer support and yet no solution.
Extremely poor customer support for spark customer. I will not recommend anyone to join spark and suffer similar ways. Never again.

Could only get ADSL as in a rural area, but good speeds considering.
No problems streaming Netflix etc.
