Speed is always slightly higher than the actual plan claims. Even during peak times (unlike my previous company). Occasionally speed drops and needs the router to be reset to get back to full speed. Usually no more than once or twice in a month.

Very very quick to reply with a solution. The solution however takes a week for them to do. Had so much go wrong and while there replies are lightening fast, there actions are poor.

Oh and not to mention they say to reply to there emails but some of there emails you reply to don't work. And you tell them and they don't address the issue.

Spark are terrible. Extremely bad customer service. Hard to get to talk to someone and most expensive on market. Don’t treat customers well especially loyal customers. Can do a whole lot better and move their contact centre back to nz

Well it was a very procrastinated and prolonged decision to switch providers as I am a busy man and do not have the time.
The process was made quick and simple by the Gravity support team.
My internet is now faster and more reliable.

I felt I was paying too much for the service that was provided and it kept rising every month. I had a bundle with my landline, mobile and internet.
