Spark is manipulative and anti-consumer. Shocking service - 2 hour wait on phone, or 1 day wait on callback, then can't understand their accent. The promotion I found on their website was wrong/out of date and the would not honour it.
The new unplan is still over priced and locks you into 12 months for NOTHING! Unplan charges the same for 60gb that others charge for unlimited data!!
Save yourself the disappointment - go elsewhere and stop feeding this dysfunctional corporate beast.

The service has always worked well. Some days there is slow internet or the internet will time out, but the service has been reliable and valuable.

It has good speed, reliablilty and the comapny is well known

The price is standard and does not stand out as being a great deal.

Internet kept dropping out and has done for months. Really annoyed at Sparks extra charge for paying by credit card, just greedy adding that!! They also charged me an "Inconvenience fee" because I was a couple of days late paying one bill. No customer good will there. Would never recommend them!!

We transferred over from Spark. Worse thing we ever did. Contact transferred us over early leaving us with no service from 28 May. It is now 2 July and we still have no services. Their customer services are appalling and every time we call we are on hold for hours. We lodged a complaint and still nothing!

No service, worst customer service, extreme hold times. These guys should not offer a service they cannot provide. We are losing the will to live.

Absolutely shocking dealing with contact Broadband . It's been 3 weeks still not contacted. They initially sent the the modem to the wrong house it's just a pain going with them. Their customer service is appalling. I dealt with only person that was on to it the rest were rude and could not care less.
