They are fine I guess. Expensive though. Switched because $30 a month could be better spent by me.

Since I came to New Zealand one year ago and I have always been with Now. Recently I am moving home, and I will use their services as well in my new home. The connection is always stable, and the speed is always as I expect it to be.
Pros
Fast connection, never down, fast friendly customer service
Cons
A bit higher subscription than some competitors, but I still prefer paying for reliable fast connection than saving money and suffering.

Terrible. Like others, cut me off on a Sunday afternoon when I had already paid bill due to their antiquated automated system that does not check accounts before it acts. Hard to sort it out - only way I could was to pretend I was paying bill again. Unhelpful website and 0800 numbers. Found out I have been paying well over the odds for a long time - why does this company treat its long time customers so badly?

Their call centre workers are good.

Everything else.
