Worst communication.
They can do nothing with your problem.
They always change their words. Every staff says it differently
You have to repeat your problem over so many times to a new staff.
Both side gets really stressed

The live chat with Clair is excellent and quick response. The only unhappy thing is that it turned out my 6-month contract plan more expensive than no contract plan. But no update information was sent to me (when the price was going down).

Joined with NOW 3 months ago with our new home, they set it up at 8am on the day, when I called needing help with installing the router they were fantastic and assisted until it was completely set up.

I joint NOW for faster internet 100 Mbps, but the actual speed ranges from 27 to 41. That's worse than my previous provider. I have mailed them several times about this, but they do not respond.
