Changed to Wireless Broadband from copper. Everything good, no problems or issues, exactly as promised
Pros
Plug in the modem supplied and go, no digging or connecting. Can't comment on support as we haven't needed any
Cons
Phone dropped twice out so just moved the modem a few centimetres away and then no hassles

Never had any issues, so support was given benefit of the doubt. Was on Fibre 200 plan, 200 Mpbhs was achievable up and down for local servers.
Pros
Quick
Cons
Price is high relative to other providers

Utterly poor service from Spark. Disconnected service without warning. Spoke to at least 24 people from Spark when I was passed off to different teams / had to follow up, but each time, no-one seemed to know what the status of my re-connection was. Poor poor service.
Pros
The only area Spark seemed to be capable in was extracting the early termination fee when I terminated the contract with them. Pity they are not capable in dealing with their incompetencies.
Cons
Spark disconnected my service without warning. Spark Blamed Chorus. No-one at Spark seemed to know what was happening. Get passed off to multiple Spark customer service representatives. Things not carried out when Spark said they would, so I had to chase Spark up. ...read more
